Valle de Uco


All the wines we produce come from our 24 ha (60 acres) vineyards located at 1.100 m.a.s.l. in Cordón del Plata, Uco Valley (Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina).

We work to grow up 16 ha (40 acres) Malbec, 2 ha (5 acres) Chardonnay, 3 ha (7,5 acres) Pinot Noir, 1 ha (2,5 acres) Sauvignon Blanc, 1 ha (2,5 acres) Cabernet Sauvignon and 1 ha (2,5 acres) Cabernet Franc with a controlled low productivity -about 8/10 tons per ha- to obtain intense Premium wines.

Our loam soil is irrigated during the months of May to December of each year with groundwater from snowmelt from the Andes,es, with water stress management during January, February, March and April to achieve small and concentrated grapes.

The agronomic follow-up is in charge of the Engineer Marcelo Casazza, with broad experience in providing counseling for winemaking companies in Argentina and other countries, focused on the management of vineyards according to terroir.

The Grapes of Bodega Margot
